  • The setup process is designed to be smooth and efficient so we can get to work quickly.

    • Ongoing support onboarding: 3–5 business days

    • Workflow builds or system migrations: 1–2 weeks, depending on scope

    You’ll complete a kickoff form and we’ll align on priorities so nothing is delayed or unclear!

  • Yes! You’ll be working directly with me as your primary point of contact, although there will be occasions when I’ll rely on a trusted team member to support the work we do.

    As the business grows, I may bring in support for specific tasks, but everything is managed and overseen by Kiarra to make sure your experience stays consistent.

  • Protecting your business information is a priority. We utilize secure tools and platforms for access and storage to sensitive information. Access to these tools are limited to only what’s necessary. If your project requires an NDA, we can provide one or review yours if needed. Systems are developed and set up with organization and security in mind.  You can feel confident that your business is being handled with great care and professionalism.

  • Payments are handled through your client portal for a smooth, organized experience. All payment terms are outlined clearly in your proposal. No confusion or surprises.

  • Monthly hours must be used within the current month of service. If you’re approaching your limit, we’ll notify you so that you can decide how to best use the remaining hours moving forward.

  • No, hours do not roll over. Your retainer secures dedicated time in our schedule each month which ensures your business has consistent support and priority when you need it.
